My recent stay at Doubletree By Hilton Orlando Downtown had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the friendly service and the upgrade due to my gold membership, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The proximity to various attractions was a plus, but I did experience some uncomfortable situations that overshadowed my overall experience.

The room I checked into was quite cold upon arrival, and it took a while for the temperature to feel comfortable. Unfortunately, I encountered cleanliness issues, as there was hair in the bathroom of my first room. The second room was better but still had hair in the shower.
